Procurement Assistant Manager (For a Well-Established Trading Company)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the purchasing process including quotation, comparison, and purchase order preparation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain proper records of procurement documents and supplier information.
  • Support the procurement team in vendor selection and evaluation.
  • Monitor stock levels and update procurement requirements accordingly.
  • Communicate and follow up with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Any graduated with relevant diploma or certificates.
  • Minimum (2) years of experiences in Procurement Field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong knowledge of Procurement process and policy
  • Good Communications skill and negotiation skill with all suppliers and office members.
  • Must be willing and able to travel as required by the business.
  • Proficiency in Chinese.

Other Information

  • Salary: Up to MMK 1,200,000
  • Working Day: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM ~ 5:30 PM)
  • Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Thingangyun Township, Yangon.
