Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities.
• Assign tasks and supervise maintenance technicians.
• Inspect equipment and identify potential failures.
• Coordinate maintenance work with production teams.
• Maintain CMMS records and track maintenance performance.
• Analyze equipment data and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or process industries is preferred.
• Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong skills in CMMS, troubleshooting, and maintenance planning.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Other Information

• Salary: MMK 1,000,000 + Lunch Provided
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
• Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Shwe Pyi Thar Township, Yangon.
