• Recommend suitable tile products and solutions based on project needs.
• Conduct product demos, samples, and technical presentations.
• Develop new business with architects, designers, consultants, and specifiers.
• Provide technical support to condo/hotel engineering teams.
• Work with developers and contractors to ensure correct product selection.
• Support government tenders with specs and technical documents.
• Handle client meetings, site visits, enquiries, quotations, and negotiations.
• Collect customer feedback and market insights.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business, Sales & Marketing.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in engineering or tile products
• Prefer experience in project sales for tiles or building/interior/construction products.
• Strong business development, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Able to read basic floor plans or architectural drawings.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and sales-oriented.

Other Information

• Salary: MMK 800,000 + Sales Commission
• Working Days: Monday to Friday, Saturday (Alternate)
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM
• Off Days: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Sanchaung Township, Yangon.
