Descriptions
- Plan, organize, and control daily feedmill production activities
- Ensure production targets (volume, efficiency, yield) are achieved
- Ensure all feed products comply with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of plant machinery
- Manage production cost (labor, energy, wastage, raw material loss)
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for raw materials
- Lead and develop feedmill team (production, maintenance, warehouse)
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and procedures
- Prepare and submit production, cost, and performance reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Animal Science / Feed Technology
- Minimum 8 years of experience in feedmill or manufacturing operations and at least 3 years in managerial role
- Strong knowledge of feed production processes and machinery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 2,500,000 ~ 3,000,000 (Meal Provided)
- Working Days: 6 days per week (8:00 AM ~ 4:00 PM)
- Off Days: One day off per week
- Working Location: Hmawbi Township, Yangon.
