Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and mentor team members to maximize performance
- Oversee daily Mini operations and ensure service excellence
- Support drivers with inquiries on operations, vehicle requirements, and training
- Monitor performance and ensure acquisition targets are met
- Maintain strong driver relationships and manage driver sentiment
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve services
- Organize training sessions and workshops for drivers and staff
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Maintain accurate records and performance reports
- Manage inventory of driver gear and equipment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in a supervisory role (operations/customer service preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to solve problems and handle driver concerns effectively
- Experience in performance monitoring and reporting
- Knowledge of transportation/logistics operations is a plus
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,100,000
- Working Days : Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location : Yangon
