Responsibilities
- Monitor service providers’ activities and train them to interact professionally with visitors, vendors, and employees.
- Conduct regular security patrols and spot-checks to evaluate security guards’ performance.
- Inspect the general conditions of fire hydrants, fire pumps, and fire extinguishers to ensure they are properly maintained.
- Conduct pest control activities to manage termites, rodents, mosquitoes, snakes, and other pests.
- Conduct workplace investigations and prepare reports when security-related incidents occur.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant training and experience in security and safety management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 800,000+ Lunch & Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Thilawa, Yangon.
