Operation Executive (For an Int’l Group of Companies)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily transportation operations, including vehicle scheduling and driver assignments.
  • Oversee fleet maintenance, vehicle inspections, repairs, and cost control to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Supervise drivers, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and traffic regulations.
  • Coordinate transportation requests and resolve logistics-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate transportation and fleet records, including fuel usage, maintenance, and utilization reports.
  • Support office administration, including equipment maintenance, meeting coordination, and other administrative tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall business operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, with 2 years of fleet management experience preferred.
  • Valid driving license is required.
  • Honest, responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Good communication skills in English and Burmese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 1,200,000
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday Half Day (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
  • Off Days: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
