- Design and implement effective sales strategies with driving the whole sales team
- Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Build up new market by seeking potential dealers with better strategic sales plan together leading Managers
- Ensure timely and proper execution of sales related activities within the designated area
- Establish productive and professional relationships with Dealers, Key Dealers & key personnel
- Full understanding of distributor business, organizational set-up, knows about financial numbers, budgeting and profitability
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast.
- The retail channel , Wholesales , Modern Trade’s daily sales reports should be viewed and the sales situation reviewed daily
- Lead, support and changing the team to match the target and revenue achievement.
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Using market data, statistics and trends to establish sales goals
- Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies
- Develop concepts, products and solutions by working with the company business units & cross departments
Job Requirements
- Any Graduated and Diploma in Sales & Marketing/Business Management, MBA preferable
- Minimum (10) years’ experience in a managerial capacity with relevant field
- Must have experience in the electronics distribution
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of the industry, market, competitors, customer, and distributor.
- Advanced knowledge and a proven sales track record in assigned territories, products, services and an existing network of contact.
Other Information
- Salary: Up to MMK 4,500,000
- Working Days: Mondays to Fridays (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Sundays & Public Holidays (Saturdays alternatively)
- Working Location: East Dagon Industrial Zone, Yangon.
