Responsibilities

• Supervise MEP works (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) on-site
• Ensure work follows drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with civil team, contractors, and subcontractors
• Monitor progress and prepare reports
• Ensure quality and safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in MEP site supervision.
• Able to read MEP/shop drawings
• Good problem-solving and site management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred).

Other Information

• Salary: MMK 1,200,000 ~ 1,500,000 + Ferry Provided
• Working Day: Monday to Saturday Half Day (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
• Off Days: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
