Responsibilities

• Study MEP drawings (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and Scope of Works
• Prepare quantity take-off in detail measurement and BOQ
• Estimate project costs and budgets
• Manage quotation process, evaluate quotation to ensure scope compliance
• Monitor and control project costs
• Prepare Works Order, Contract, VO and payment certificate
• Coordinate with project team, contractors/ suppliers
• Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by Senior QS and QS Manager

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical) / Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5 years Experience in MEP works preferred
• Previous experience in mixed-use developments is preferred
• Good knowledge of quantity survey or field in construction
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD is a plus)
• Good communication and teamwork
• Flexible and available for travel, if required

Other Information

• Salary: MMK 1,500,000 + Ferry Provided
• Working Day: Monday to Saturday Half Day (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
• Off Days: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
