Job Descriptions

• Calculate the estimate based on the tender BOQ and specifications.
• Source material pricing from suppliers.
• Check material requisition forms received from the site/Ordering materials
• Prepare a procurement plan that properly coordinates with suppliers in accordance with contract specifications and lead times.
• Control the materials by performing daily checks against the budgeted quantities throughout the construction period.
• Responsible for preparing and submitting project materials.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with subcontractors and suppliers.

Requirements

• Degree from AGTI, B. Tech, or B.E. (EP, EC, Mechanical).
• Minimum 2 years of experiences in the relevant field of specialization.
• Using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Email.
• Available to work and visit the construction site of office hours when necessary.

Other Information

• Salary: MMK 800,000 ~ 1,000,000
• Working Days : Monday to Friday (8:15 AM ~ 5:00 PM), Saturday (8:45 AM to 3:00 PM)
• Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location : 8 Mile, Mayangone Township, Yangon.
