Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall MEP design process from concept to construction.
- Manage external consultants and review design drawings, specifications, and calculations.
- Coordinate MEP systems with Architectural, Structural & Infrastructure teams.
- Ensure compliance with Myanmar building codes, local regulations & international standards.
- Lead value engineering, design optimization, and technical risk management.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the internal MEP engineering team.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and provide technical support during construction, testing & commissioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of MEP design experience, including 10 years in a managerial role.
- Strong experience in high-rise, mixed-use, commercial, or luxury residential projects.
- Expertise in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection & ELV systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP/BIM, MS Office, ETAP, Dialux, and other relevant software.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management & problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 3,000,000 ~ 4,000,000 + Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
