Responsibilities

• Lead and manage MEP design from concept to construction.
• Manage MEP consultants and review design deliverables.
• Coordinate MEP designs with architectural and structural teams.
• Ensure compliance with Myanmar Building Codes and regulations.
• Lead value engineering and design optimization.
• Supervise and develop the internal MEP engineering team.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals and RFIs.
• Provide technical support during construction, testing and commissioning.

Requirements

• Strong experience in MEP design management, preferably in construction/property development.
• Strong knowledge of Myanmar Building Codes and relevant international standards.
• Excellent coordination, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong technical and project management capabilities.

Other Information

• Salary: MMK 4,000,000 ~ 6,000,000 + Ferry Provided
• Working Day: Monday – Saturday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
• Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon
