Responsibilities
- Design, prepare, and review MEP drawings for Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitation, ACMV, ELV, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Develop technical specifications, material schedules, and installation requirements in accordance with project standards.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, material quantities, and detailed quotations for MEP works.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective project execution.
- Supervise and monitor MEP installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Ensure all MEP designs and installations comply with relevant engineering codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP design, coordination, and construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitation, ACMV, ELV, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant MEP design and drafting software.
- Practical experience in technical drawing preparation, material specifications, cost estimation, and quotation preparation.
- Strong technical, analytical, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,300,000 ~ 1,500,000
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Botahtaung Township, Yangon.
