Responsibilities

1. Tenants’ Water Meter reading Bi-monthly and monthly by ACE Software
2. Monitoring and controlling the water consumption and non-revenue water
3. Water treatment and sewage treatment operation, controlling operator safety and providing review operator daily report, daily water & sewage treatment plant operation status reporting to Assistant Manager or Officer
4. Prepare monthly operation summary reports and presentations to management
5. Prepare yearly locator pipeline flushing, prepare and report utility water shutdown plan
6. Monitoring and controlling process chemical dosing system and usage, monthly performing online analyzer calibration work
7. Submit purchase requisition for operation and maintenance safety/ spare parts.

Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree with Mechanical (more prefer getting M & E certificates)
2. At least 5 years experience in the related field
3. Be able to understand and maintain Valves, Pumps, mechanical equipment, and pneumatic system
4. Good knowledge of repair and maintenance work in operation
5. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
6. Be able to have troubleshooting skills and work independently
7. Excellent Time Management and Prioritization Skills, ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
8. Ability to perform with limited supervision: allocates and organizes work: provides guidance
9. Good command of English

Other Information

1. Salary: 600,000 ~ 800,000 MMK
2. Working Days: Monday to Friday (9AM to 4PM)
3. Working Location: Thilawa
