Key Responsibilities
- Preparing Bill of Quantity (BQ) for M&E Works.
- Preparing budget by studying the drawing, updating specifications, identifying and projecting costs.
- To generate precise material quantities from drawings and project documentation.
- Ensure accurate measurement of installations based on design specifications and contract documents.
- Attend site visits to assess progress, review work done and verify quantities to ensure alignment with project plan
- Negotiate the best deal for pricing, supply contracts and subcontractor.
- Submission of progressive claims ad variation.
Job Requirements
- B.E (Electrical Power or Mechanical Power)
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in related construction field.
- Knowledge of design packages such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, etc.
- Detail oriented person with time management skill
- Good communication skill
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,000,000 ~ 1,200,000
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Thanlyin Township, Yangon.
