Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
- Lead initiatives to increase brand awareness and expand market share for Felicity Solar within the domestic solar energy market.
- Closely supervise digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and graphic design to produce highly effective and engaging advertisements.
- Collaborate seamlessly with National and Regional Sales Teams to drive market expansion, boost lead generation, and align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Systematically manage marketing budgets, analyze campaign Return on Investment (ROI) and data metrics, and present comprehensive performance reports to Executive Management.
- Continuously monitor solar energy market trends and competitor activities, making timely and strategic adjustments to marketing approaches as needed.
- Guide and lead the marketing team effectively, providing mentorship and training to enhance team members’ overall performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or Digital Business is highly preferred
- Minimum 3~5 years of proven experience in the marketing field. (Candidates with prior managerial experience will be prioritized).
- Strong understanding and practical expertise in Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, and Brand Management.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, coupled with excellent communication skills for both internal collaboration and customer interactions.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of solar energy systems or electronic products will be considered a distinct advantage.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 2,000,000 +++ Attendance Bonus + Allowances
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM ~ 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Sanchaung Township, Yangon.
