Responsibilities

• Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Support marketing activities for real estate projects & property launches.
• Develop creative ideas for campaigns, events & brand activations.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations and marketing reports.
• Conduct market research & competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors & media partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 3 years relevant marketing experience.
• Real Estate Marketing experience is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation & English communication skills.
• Creative, proactive & results-oriented.
• Strong teamwork, organization & time management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Other Information

• Salary: MMK 1,200,000 + Ferry Provided
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
