Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media platforms and other digital channels, aligning with the company’s tone of voice.
- Content Calendar Planning: Plan and maintain a detailed content calendar to ensure consistent and timely communication across all platforms.
- Graphic Design: Design promotional materials, brochures, banners, and other marketing collateral using tools like Canva and Photoshop.
- Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and monitor social media posts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely responses to audience engagement.
- Digital Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Event Coordination: Support in organizing marketing events, trade shows, and site visits, ensuring effective promotion and smooth execution.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis, market trends research, and customer feedback collection to support marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, design, and external agencies to produce and distribute marketing content.
- Reporting: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports to the Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the architectural or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 600,000 ~ 900,000 + Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Hlaing Township, Yangon.
