Marketing Director_Online & Offline (For a Well-Established Jewellery Company)

Job Descriptions

Develop and implement comprehensive online and offline marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Lead and manage the marketing team, including digital marketing, branding, and promotional activities.
Plan annual and quarterly marketing plans, budgets, and performance targets.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities in the jewellery industry.
Oversee digital marketing activities including social media marketing, online advertising, SEO, and website management.
Monitor and optimize online campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.
Track digital marketing performance and prepare reports for senior management.
Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, including jewellery exhibitions, events, store promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Coordinate with media, advertising agencies, and external vendors for marketing activities.
Develop promotional campaigns to increase store traffic and product sales.
Monitor marketing ROI and adjust strategies to maximize business performance.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
Prepare marketing reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or director-level role.
Experience in retail, fashion, luxury, or jewellery industry is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and offline promotional strategies.
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work in a fast-paced environment.
