Responsibilities
- Develop and manage maintenance strategies to improve refinery equipment reliability and performance.
- Lead Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and other maintenance teams.
- Plan preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance, shutdowns, turnarounds, and budgets.
- Investigate equipment failures, conduct RCA, and implement effective solutions.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, OEMs, and internal teams during commissioning, startup, and handover.
- Ensure safety compliance, team development, spare parts availability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Reliability Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience, including 5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in Refinery, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Energy, or Process Industries is required.
- Strong knowledge of refinery equipment, reliability, maintenance strategies, and RCA.
- Experience with CMMS/ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Maximo is preferred.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with fluent English communication; Mandarin is an advantage.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 3,000,000 ~ 4,000,000 + Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Thanlyin Township, Yangon.
