Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product delivery routes (way management) to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Supervise and lead staff, including drivers and helpers, ensuring discipline, efficiency, and safety.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales Team to align delivery schedules with sales plans.
- Work with the Warehouse Team to ensure proper stock dispatch and inventory accuracy.
- Liaise with the Finance Team regarding delivery costs, fuel expenses, and logistics-related payments.
- Monitor fuel usage, delivery performance, and route efficiency to control costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and transportation laws.
- Prepare logistics reports and updates for the Director as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics or distribution management (FMCG experience is preferred).
- Strong knowledge of delivery route planning and fleet management.
- Proven experience supervising drivers, helpers, and logistics staff.
- Ability to analyze logistics costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting tools).
Other Information
- Salary: Up to MMK 2,500,000 + Allowance & Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: East Dagon Township, Yangon.
