Responsibilities
- To be responsible for the finished good transport movement receiving, storing, route, monitor, control and rule and discipline prevent the other rent to transport cost.
- Prepare trip assign and plans, driver & helper, replacement and change.
- All drivers and helper control discipline procedure and safety rules.
- Driver interview has recruitment and preparation (Interview, Post, Test, Driving Test).
- Trip target KPI need to adjust empty return to all warehouses.
- Checking the repair & maintenance, tyre, battery, engine oil, spare part charges.
- Plan and supervise the shipments from depot transfer.
- Resolve problems concerning transportation and customer issues.
Requirements
- Any bachelor’s degree holder with Diploma in Logistics management.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Logistics field with supervisory level.
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, computer skills, negotiation skills, proactive, initiated, and motivated.
- Able to travel.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,500,000 ~ 1,800,000
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Mingalardon, Yangon.
