Logistics Assistant (For a Well-Established Trading Company)

Job Descriptions

  • Prepare Proforma Invoices, Sales Contracts, and shipping documents for approval.
  • Apply export licenses via TradeNet and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain shipping documents and records in the cloud system.
  • Coordinate shipping schedules with operations teams and shipping agents.
  • Handle trucking, customs clearance, and transportation insurance processes.
  • Liaise with insurance providers and accounting team regarding shipment insurance.
  • Maintain Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Invoices, and related transactions in Odoo ERP.

Requirements

  • Any graduate or diploma holder.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of logistics or shipping experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of shipping procedures and Myanmar Customs regulations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Email, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Teams, and ERP systems.
  • Intermediate English communication skills.

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 800,000 ~ 1,000,000
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM)
  • Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Hlaing Township, Yangon.
