Job Descriptions
- Prepare Proforma Invoices, Sales Contracts, and shipping documents for approval.
- Apply export licenses via TradeNet and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain shipping documents and records in the cloud system.
- Coordinate shipping schedules with operations teams and shipping agents.
- Handle trucking, customs clearance, and transportation insurance processes.
- Liaise with insurance providers and accounting team regarding shipment insurance.
- Maintain Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Invoices, and related transactions in Odoo ERP.
Requirements
- Any graduate or diploma holder.
- Minimum 1–2 years of logistics or shipping experience preferred.
- Knowledge of shipping procedures and Myanmar Customs regulations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Email, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Teams, and ERP systems.
- Intermediate English communication skills.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 800,000 ~ 1,000,000
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Hlaing Township, Yangon.
