Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit the right KOLs and Influencers who align with our brand values and trade marketing goals across various platforms.
- Build and maintain long-term, professional relationships with KOLs and talent agencies to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Lead the execution of KOL-led campaigns for product launches, trade events, and seasonal promotions.
- Handle end-to-end negotiations regarding deliverable pricing, and contracts with KOLs to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Brief KOLs on campaign objectives and ensure that the content produced meets brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
- Track and analyze the ROI of KOL activities (engagement rate reach, and sales conversion) and provide actionable insights to the Trade Manager.
- Work closely with the Sales and Trade Marketing teams to align KOL activities with on-ground distribution and retail goals.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on KOL performance, sentiment, and their direct impact on trade traffic/sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Nursing or M.B.B.S.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management, PR, or Influencer Marketing
- Deep understanding of the local social media landscape and what makes a KOL effective for Trade/Sales specifically.
- Ability to negotiate complex deals and long-term contracts with talent and talent agencies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Burmese.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,500,000 + Other Allowances
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate)
- Working Time: 9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
- Off Days: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Sanchaung Township, Yangon.
