Key Account Manager_Corporate Sales (For an Int'l Insurance Company)

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Identify, acquire, and manage new corporate clients while maintaining strong client relationships.
Lead and support the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
Manage policy renewals, claims, and client inquiries in accordance with company standards.
Ensure compliance with company sales processes, policies, and ethical standards.

Job Requirements

Graduate with a decent pass percentage.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or Corporate/Institutional Sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Prior team handling experience is preferred.
Good communication and presentation skills in English and Myanmar.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
