Key Account Executive (For a Well-Established Electronics Company)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with key customers or major clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable products or services.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue growth from key accounts.
  • Prepare sales plans, reports, and forecasts for management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, finance, and customer service.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide quick solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with key clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients.
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development.
  • Preferred with Electronic Home Appliances field
  • Experience handling corporate or major clients is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent relationship management ability.

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 800,000 ~ 1,000,000
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Off Days: Sunday & Public Holiday (Saturday alternatively)
  • Working Location: North Dagon Township, Yangon.
