Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with key customers or major clients.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable products or services.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth from key accounts.
- Prepare sales plans, reports, and forecasts for management.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, finance, and customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and provide quick solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with key clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development.
- Preferred with Electronic Home Appliances field
- Experience handling corporate or major clients is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship management ability.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 800,000 ~ 1,000,000
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holiday (Saturday alternatively)
- Working Location: North Dagon Township, Yangon.
