Job Descriptions

• Provide product knowledge and technical information to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints professionally.
• Check stock availability and pricing in system.
• Prepare quotations and Sales Orders.
• Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse for parts availability, picking and delivery.
• Maintain good customer relationships.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and dealers.
• Collect market feedback and competitor information.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, or related field).
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in sales or spare parts field preferred.
• More prefer tractor spare part sales experience
• Basic knowledge of mechanical/automotive parts is an advantage.
• Good communication ,negotiation skills , teamwork and customer service mindset.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email).

Other Information

• Salary: MMK 600,000
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM), Saturday (9:00 AM 3:00 PM)
• Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Mingaladon Township, Yangon.
