Job Descriptions
- Provide product knowledge and technical information to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints professionally.
- Check stock availability and pricing in system.
- Prepare quotations and Sales Orders.
- Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse for parts availability, picking and delivery.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and dealers.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, or related field).
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in sales or spare parts field preferred.
- More prefer tractor spare part sales experience
- Basic knowledge of mechanical/automotive parts is an advantage.
- Good communication ,negotiation skills , teamwork and customer service mindset.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email).
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 600,000
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM), Saturday (9:00 AM 3:00 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Mingaladon Township, Yangon.
