Responsibilities
- Prepare and calculate the daily/monthly status report for attendance data such as late, leave and OT.
- Monthly overtime calculation & payroll supporting, making pay slip, withdrawal monthly salary from HO for MAF employee.
- Deal with Government office such as labor office for employment contract or other submission as necessary.
- Master employee profile in updating and prepare for employee name card & bank account.
- Arrange & assist to HR Manager for recruitment process & annual training program as planned.
- Support the orientation training for the new comer of employees and update records of new staff.
- Prepared local employees lists & foreign employee lists to send email to OSSC labor section every month.
- Monitor staff leave balance and ensure that employees follow the leave policy.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor Degree
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Management
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and ability to process functions and formulas in Microsoft excel.
- Proficient in both English & Myanmar languages with strong written & verbal skills.
- Knowledge of social security law & any laws related to payment of salary knowledge of payroll information requires and payroll experiences.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 800,000 + Ferry Provided & Other Allowances
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:00AM ~ 5:00PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Thingangyun Township, Yangon.
