HR Manager (For a Leading Electrical Product Company)

Job Descriptions

  • Develop, standardize, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and SOPs aligned with Company’s strategic goals.
  • Lead the creation and rollout of a workable performance appraisal system, integrating measurable KPIs, behavioral competencies, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
  • Oversee training and development programs to upskill employees and strengthen leadership pipelines.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination, ensuring fairness and compliance with Myanmar labor laws.
  • Foster strong employee relations and maintain a positive, productive workplace culture.
  • Conduct workforce planning, HR analytics, and succession planning in collaboration with management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory labor regulations, occupational safety standards, and internal governance frameworks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Proven record of designing or implementing performance appraisal systems, SOP and KPI frameworks.
  • Experience in engineering, power, or industrial sectors preferred.

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 2,000,000 + Ferry Provided
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Kamayut Township, Yangon.
