- Develop, standardize, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and SOPs aligned with Company’s strategic goals.
- Lead the creation and rollout of a workable performance appraisal system, integrating measurable KPIs, behavioral competencies, and feedback mechanisms.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
- Oversee training and development programs to upskill employees and strengthen leadership pipelines.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination, ensuring fairness and compliance with Myanmar labor laws.
- Foster strong employee relations and maintain a positive, productive workplace culture.
- Conduct workforce planning, HR analytics, and succession planning in collaboration with management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory labor regulations, occupational safety standards, and internal governance frameworks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Proven record of designing or implementing performance appraisal systems, SOP and KPI frameworks.
- Experience in engineering, power, or industrial sectors preferred.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 2,000,000 + Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Kamayut Township, Yangon.
