Job Summary
- Lead all HR functions to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business goals.
- Managing full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to orientation.
- Oversee compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a timely and effective manners.
- Identify training needs and implement learning & development programs.
- Prepare HR reports to support management decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or HR related field.
- Proven 4-5 years experience in senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,300,000 ~ 1,500,000
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, Saturday (Alternate)
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Off Days: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Hlaing Township, Yangon.
