Job Summary

  • Lead all HR functions to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business goals.
  • Managing full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to orientation.
  • Oversee compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, and employee records.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a timely and effective manners.
  • Identify training needs and implement learning & development programs.
  • Prepare HR reports to support management decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or HR related field.
  • Proven 4-5 years experience in senior HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 1,300,000 ~ 1,500,000
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday, Saturday (Alternate)
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Off Days: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Hlaing Township, Yangon.
