Key Responsibilities
- Entire recruitment process for assigned regions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checking, and job offering.
- Conducted candidate sourcing through both online and offline recruitment channels and services.
- Handled end-to-end recruitment processes, including job description implementation, job advertisements, CV collection, shortlisting, screening, assessments, and interviews.
- Screened CVs and shortlisted qualified candidates for various positions.
- Coordinated interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers/interviewers.
- Conducted new employee orientation and participated in staff induction training related to HR policies and procedures.
- Maintained and updated employee data in the HRIS system.
- Prepared HR-related documents including confirmation letters, increment letters, warning letters, promotion letters, termination letters, and other official correspondence.
- Managed employee personal files and ensured all required documents were properly maintained.
- Coordinated with labor offices and processed employment contracts in compliance with labor regulations.
- Assisted in preparing employee performance appraisals and evaluations.
- Coordinated with cross-functional departments and branch offices for HR-related matters
Requirements
- Bachelor`s Degree is required.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years and above experienced in HR field.
- Possessing a HR diploma or certificate would be an advantages.
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.
- Knowledge in Labor Law.
- Fluent in English (Speaking and Written).
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,200,000 + Ferry Provided (Near pickup)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Tamwe Township, Yangon.
