Responsibilities
- Manage, track, and oversee recruitment activities such as job posting, application processing, interview scheduling, and document preparation
- Receive CV Forms and check the required documents for personal data confidentially
- Record and update the employee’s personal data (Soft/Hard Copy)
- Support Senior for employee requirements regarding compensation & benefits, rules, and regulation document distribution
- Follow up on employee’s EC and maintain required documents properly
- Able to handle HR software
- Review and record Employee Attendance, Leave, and Absent
- Support to Senior for SSB Process
- Weekly and Monthly HR Reports to Senior
- Support Senior with the training enrollment process for all employees for their development
- Cooperate with Senior with effective team drive
- Perform any task assigned by the Senior/ Manager and Department Officer
Requirements
- Any Bachelor degree with certificate in HR Management/ Development
- At least (3) years working experience in HR field
- Excellent Skill in HRIS
- Must have knowledge of all HR Functions, Employment & Myanmar Labor Law
Other Information
- Salary: 450,000 ~ 550,000 MMK
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Location: Thilawa
