Job Requirements

• Any bachelor degree or Diploma in Human resource management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience related to Compensation & Benefit field.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
• Proficient in English (Both written & verbal)
• Good communication and negotiation skills

Other Information

• Salary: MMK 500,000
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday Half Day (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
• Off Days: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
