Senior HR Manager (For a Well-Established Trading Company)

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Administer payroll, compensation, and benefits
  • Oversee performance management and appraisals
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with Myanmar Labour Laws
  • Oversee office and facility operations
  • Coordinate vendors and suppliers
  • Ensure government compliance (licenses and permits)
  • Manage company inventory and vehicles
  • Supervise security, health, and safety standards
  • Lead workforce planning and budgeting
  • Support top management in strategic decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • HR certifications (e.g. SHRM, Diploma in HR) are an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years in HR/Admin roles and at least 2 years in management level
  • Strong knowledge of: Myanmar Labour Law
  • Computer skills (MS Office, HR systems)
  • English communication (written & spoken)

Other Information

  • Salary: Up to MMK 3,500,000 + Bonus
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township, Yangon.
