Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Administer payroll, compensation, and benefits
- Oversee performance management and appraisals
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with Myanmar Labour Laws
- Oversee office and facility operations
- Coordinate vendors and suppliers
- Ensure government compliance (licenses and permits)
- Manage company inventory and vehicles
- Supervise security, health, and safety standards
- Lead workforce planning and budgeting
- Support top management in strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- HR certifications (e.g. SHRM, Diploma in HR) are an advantage
- Minimum 5 years in HR/Admin roles and at least 2 years in management level
- Strong knowledge of: Myanmar Labour Law
- Computer skills (MS Office, HR systems)
- English communication (written & spoken)
Other Information
- Salary: Up to MMK 3,500,000 + Bonus
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township, Yangon.
