HR & Admin Manager (For a Leading Facilities Management Services Company)

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & manpower planning (security, cleaning, basic workers)
  • Handle high turnover & manpower shortage
  • Employee relations, discipline & communication
  • Lead small HR/Admin team
  • Handle admin matter: office facility, vehicles, accommodation
  • Work closely with Operation Managers and communicating with clients when required

Requirements

  • Any Graduate
  • Minimum 5 years HR & Admin experience
  • Experience in security / cleaning / facilities / labour-intensive industry preferred
  • Good communication with basic workers
  • Strong people-handling skills

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 1,800,000 ~ 2,000,000 (Ferry pick up point)
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM)
  • Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Thanlyin Township, Yangon.
