Responsibilities
- Recruitment & manpower planning (security, cleaning, basic workers)
- Handle high turnover & manpower shortage
- Employee relations, discipline & communication
- Lead small HR/Admin team
- Handle admin matter: office facility, vehicles, accommodation
- Work closely with Operation Managers and communicating with clients when required
Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 5 years HR & Admin experience
- Experience in security / cleaning / facilities / labour-intensive industry preferred
- Good communication with basic workers
- Strong people-handling skills
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,800,000 ~ 2,000,000 (Ferry pick up point)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Thanlyin Township, Yangon.
