Job Descriptions
- Lead and oversee all Human Resources and Administration functions of the organization.
- Develop and implement HR & Admin strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Manage organizational structure, manpower planning, workforce budgeting, and succession planning.
- Supervise the full recruitment and selection process, onboarding, employee retention, and talent management initiatives.
- Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, attendance management, performance appraisal, and employee engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, SSB regulations, tax requirements, and other government regulations.
- Coordinate fraud case investigations and internal control processes with related departments.
- Develop and implement training & development programs to enhance employee performance and leadership capabilities.
- Supervise office administration, facility management, procurement, asset control, and workplace management.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, KPI reports, and management reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
- Coordinate internal and external audit requirements related to HR & Administration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- BBA, HRM, HRD, or other relevant professional qualifications and diplomas are preferred.
- Minimum (10) years of experience in Human Resources and Administration field.
- Minimum (5) years of managerial experience in HR & Admin leadership roles.
- Experience in Finance Company, Microfinance, Banking, or Corporate organizations is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, internet, and email.
Other Information
- Salary: Up to MMK 3,000,000
- Working Days: 6 days per week (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday (or) Monday (Alternate) & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
