Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and hiring process
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding process
- Maintain employee records and HR database
- Support payroll, attendance, and leave management
- Handle employee relations and resolve issues
- Manage office administration and daily operations
- Handle office supplies and inventory management
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Manage office facilities and maintenance
- Arrange meetings, travel, and company events
- Maintain proper documentation and filing system
Requirements
- Any Bachelor Degree
- Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Human Resource & Administrative field.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and ability to process functions and formulas in Microsoft excel.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 700,000 ~ 900,000
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM ~ 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: North Okkalapa Township, Yangon.
