Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end HR operational activities (employee records, contracts, confirmations, transfers, resignations).
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Ensure proper documentation and induction checklist completion.
- Coordinate attendance and leave data for payroll processing.
- Support payroll checking and ensure accuracy in coordination with Finance.
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR queries and concerns.
- Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes in line with company policy.
- Support performance appraisal cycles and documentation.
- Assist in HR initiatives such as employee engagement, training coordination, and HR projects.
- HR reports, summaries, and presentations as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with HR-related certifications or diplomas.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and local labor regulations.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Familiar with Restaurant HR related and Restaurant-related recruitment.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 600,000 + Meals & Accommodation Provided
- Working Days: 6 Days per week (9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM)
- Off Days: One day off per week
- Working Location: Thanlyin Township, Yangon.
