HR & Admin Executive (For a Well-Established F&B Services Company)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end HR operational activities (employee records, contracts, confirmations, transfers, resignations).
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Ensure proper documentation and induction checklist completion.
  • Coordinate attendance and leave data for payroll processing.
  • Support payroll checking and ensure accuracy in coordination with Finance.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR queries and concerns.
  • Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes in line with company policy.
  • Support performance appraisal cycles and documentation.
  • Assist in HR initiatives such as employee engagement, training coordination, and HR projects.
  • HR reports, summaries, and presentations as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with HR-related certifications or diplomas.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and local labor regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with Restaurant HR related and Restaurant-related recruitment.

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 600,000 + Meals & Accommodation Provided
  • Working Days: 6 Days per week (9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM)
  • Off Days: One day off per week
  • Working Location: Thanlyin Township, Yangon.
