HR & Admin Executive (For a Foreign Logistics Company)

Job Descriptions

  • Manage end-to-end Recruitment & Selection process
  • Oversee all Hiring, Onboarding, Promotion, Transfer and Termination process
  • Calculate Payroll, Leave management and Benefit Administration
  • Implement HR Policies, Procedures and HR-related forms per Company’s requirement
  • Handle Employee Relation matters – conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievance procedures
  • Manage vehicle arrangements, maintenance, and related duties
  • Manage office administration – procurement, maintenance, office supplies, and facilities

Job Requirements

  • Graduated, Preferably B. Com, BBA, or Advance Diploma in HRM
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR & Admin Generalist role
  • Strong understanding of Myanmar Labor Laws and experience in HRIS System
  • In-depth knowledge of Vehicle management and maintenance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and internet tools and Organizational skills

Other Information

  • Salary: Up to MMK 800,000 + Bonus
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
  • Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Kyauktada Township, Yangon.
