- Manage end-to-end Recruitment & Selection process
- Oversee all Hiring, Onboarding, Promotion, Transfer and Termination process
- Calculate Payroll, Leave management and Benefit Administration
- Implement HR Policies, Procedures and HR-related forms per Company’s requirement
- Handle Employee Relation matters – conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievance procedures
- Manage vehicle arrangements, maintenance, and related duties
- Manage office administration – procurement, maintenance, office supplies, and facilities
Job Requirements
- Graduated, Preferably B. Com, BBA, or Advance Diploma in HRM
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR & Admin Generalist role
- Strong understanding of Myanmar Labor Laws and experience in HRIS System
- In-depth knowledge of Vehicle management and maintenance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and internet tools and Organizational skills
Other Information
- Salary: Up to MMK 800,000 + Bonus
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Kyauktada Township, Yangon.
