HR & Admin Assistant (For a Well-Established FMCG Manufacturing Company)

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily Attendance, Leave records, and OT calculations.
  • Handle SSB processes and Employment Contract (EC) documentation.
  • Assist in staff recruiting and selection process.
  • Able to communicate with outside supplier & purchasing of required office items.
  • Perform additional HR & Admin tasks as assigned by the Head.

Requirements

  • Any degree and Certificate of Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in related field
  • Can use Microsoft Office, Excel
  • Courteous manner and positive attitude

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 500,000 + Other Allowance & Ferry Provided
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (7:30 ~ 4:30)
  • Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon.
