Main Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the hotel reservation and contracting team,
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners
- Manage hotel arrangements for internal corporate travel, ensuring cost efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Oversee payment processes and ensure timely collection from walk-in and corporate clients for all bookings.
- Ensure accurate and timely data input into the Procon system for new hotel partnerships and daily booking records.
- Monitor service delivery standards and handle escalated customer complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Train, Guide, and support team members to improve performance, customer service, and operational efficiency.
- Review rate parity reports provided by the BI team to ensure competitive pricing across OTAs.
- Prepare and manage refund requests via the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking and timely processing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, or contracting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability, especially in handling complex or escalated customer issues.
- Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and operation/ reservation software (experience with Procon system is an advantage)
- Fluency in English.
Other Information
- Salary: Up to MMK 1,500,000 + Allowance & Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Bahan Township, Yangon.
