Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing the required operational process SOP’s aligning with organizational objectives.
- Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and report to COO by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
- Maintain research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
- Develop and monitor marketing budget including expenditures and return on investment for key activities.
- Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Review and evaluate all monthly reports from all respective Managers (Brand, Trade, Executional Excellence & Administration).
- Attend and lead for both internal and external management meetings or suppliers meetings for any business purposes.
- Check and review the Warehouse POSM inventory level and take action plans for any unnecessary stocks if any.
- Design and set up the departmental manpower needs and overall organizational structure.
- Ensure compliance with all Company procedures and governmental regulations.
Job Requirements
- Any graduate, MBA or Diploma in Marketing Management. Additional Certification in Digital Marketing will be preferred.
- Minimum 10 years experienced (prefer Alco-bev industry experience at least 5 years).
- Proficiency in English (Business English is preferable).
- Microsoft office, Software (ERP-Odoo, SFA-Pepupsales) or similar software competency.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 3,500,000 ~ 4,000,000
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Thaketa Industrial Zone, Yangon.
