Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR strategy, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
- Solid understanding of local labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in developing HR policies, procedures, and organizational development initiatives.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics/reporting.
- Ability to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.

- Salary: MMK 4,500,000 ~ 5,000,000 + Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Thanlyin Township, Yangon.
