Head of Finance & Admin (For a Foreign Service Company)

Responsibilities

  • Managing and overseeing the organization’s entire finance and administration matters.
  • To ensure budget holders/managers receive up to date timely and accurate management accounts and information.
  • Developing budgets for business plans and donor grants
  • Liaising with external international-grade auditors, to ensure yearly are prepared on time.
  • Ensuring full compliance with Procurement policy and develop/update procurement SOP.
  • Understanding current and proposed legislation, enforcing accounting regulations and recommending new procedures.
  • Implementing the best structure, team and policies and procedures required in the Finance and Admin Department.
  • Co-operating with HR for monthly payroll.

Requirements

  • University degree in Commerce/ Accounting Major, preferably a fully qualified CPA or ACCA.
  • Minimum 7 ~ 10 years of experience in managerial position.
  • Experience within a non-profit/ NGO/ Funded organization is preferable.
  • Managing stakeholder’s expectation in the good communication and interpersonal skill is a must.
  • Fluency in oral and written English is required.

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 4,000,000 ~ 5,000,000 + Lunch Provided
  • Working Days: 6 days per week
  • Off Days: One day off per week
  • Working Location: Hlegu Township, Yangon.
