Key Responsibilities

• Leading programmes strategy, planning, and execution for English and School Education
• Driving business development, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement
• Managing high-value education programmes and contracts
• Building relationships with government bodies, donors, and education stakeholders
• Ensuring delivery of financial, quality, and impact targets
• Providing leadership and direction to in-country teams

Job Specialization

• Advanced English proficiency (CEFR C1/C2 level)
• Strong leadership experience in education programme management
• Proven track record in international development and education sector (preferably in Myanmar)
• Experience working with government stakeholders, donors, and multilateral agencies
• Expertise in English language education and school systems
• Demonstrated ability in business development, partnerships, and strategic planning

Other Information

• Salary: Attractive Salary Package
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
• Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Yangon.
