Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and budgets aligned with business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities and emerging digital trends.
- Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget to maximize marketing ROI.
- Oversee social media platforms and ensure consistent brand image.
- Plan and execute content campaigns and influencer collaborations.
- Monitor brand reputation and customer engagement.
- Drive e-commerce growth and optimize website performance.
- Manage digital advertising platforms including Facebook, Google, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Implement CRM strategies and loyalty programs.
- Develop partnerships and influencer marketing strategies.
- Track KPIs and prepare digital marketing performance reports.
- Collaborate with sales, retail, and management teams to support business growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the jewellery, luxury, or retail industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, CRM, and e-commerce strategies.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 3,000,000 ~ 4,000,000 + Yearly Increment
- Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday (9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM)
- Off Days: Monday
- Working Location: Pabedan Township, Yangon.
