Head of Digital Marketing (For a Well-Established Jewellery Company)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and budgets aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities and emerging digital trends.
  • Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget to maximize marketing ROI.
  • Oversee social media platforms and ensure consistent brand image.
  • Plan and execute content campaigns and influencer collaborations.
  • Monitor brand reputation and customer engagement.
  • Drive e-commerce growth and optimize website performance.
  • Manage digital advertising platforms including Facebook, Google, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
  • Implement CRM strategies and loyalty programs.
  • Develop partnerships and influencer marketing strategies.
  • Track KPIs and prepare digital marketing performance reports.
  • Collaborate with sales, retail, and management teams to support business growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in the jewellery, luxury, or retail industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, CRM, and e-commerce strategies.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 3,000,000 ~ 4,000,000 + Yearly Increment
  • Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday (9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM)
  • Off Days: Monday
  • Working Location: Pabedan Township, Yangon.
