Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design strategy from concept to completion.
- Manage and mentor the architectural design team.
- Oversee project planning, design schedules, and resource allocation.
- Ensure design quality, compliance, and timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Review and approve design submissions and technical documentation.
- Support budgeting, value engineering, and commercial planning.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Provide technical support during construction and drive continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- Minimum 15 years of architectural design experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of architectural, interior design, engineering standards, and local building regulations.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 5,000,000 ~ 7,000,000 + Ferry Provided
- Working Day: Monday to Saturday Half Day (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
