Group Finance Director (For A Well-Established Group of Companies)

Responsibilities

Manage group financial reporting, consolidation, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow.
Prepare monthly management reports and quarterly board reports for the Chairman.
Oversee group treasury, banking relationships, cash flow forecasting, and debt management.
Supervise finance teams and implement accounting systems and internal controls.
Oversee accounting, budgeting, cost control, and financial operations across all entities.
Ensure compliance with Myanmar tax regulations and statutory reporting.
Manage external audits and evaluate investments, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
Monitor group financial performance, net worth, risks, and provide strategic financial advice.

Requirements

ACCA Affiliate or above, or fully qualified Myanmar CPA.
Minimum 10 years of finance experience, including 3 years in senior management.
Strong experience in group finance and multi-entity consolidation.
Good knowledge of Myanmar tax laws and financial compliance.
Experience in treasury, cash flow, banking, and debt management.
Manufacturing, mining, F&B, or conglomerate experience preferred.
Proficient in accounting software; fluent in Myanmar and working English.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with high integrity.
