Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize overall factory operations, production schedules, and asset management.
• Drive operational excellence, lean methodologies, cost efficiency, and waste reduction.
• Oversee quality management (QC/QA) and ensure strict adherence to Occupational Health & Safety (EHS) policies.
• Manage plant budgeting, P&L, financial planning, and operational audits.
• Inspire, coach, and recruit factory workforce to maintain high productivity and team morale.
• Maintain compliance with local regulations, corporate governance, and Company Code of Conduct.
• Manage key relationships with external partners, shareholders, and government authorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
• Professional Certifications: CPIM, Six Sigma, or ISO quality management credentials preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of proven senior management and operational leadership experience in a manufacturing/factory environment.
• Strong financial acumen in plant budgeting, product costing, and P&L management.
• Expertise in factory machinery, automation systems, and plant layout optimization.
• Excellent leadership, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Salary: Attractive remuneration package
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM ~ 5:20 PM)
• Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Thilawa, Yangon.
